Casa Brava is a charming villa on the quiet outskirts of Santanyí, ideal for families and groups of up to 11 people. The fully fenced property with private entrance offers maximum privacy.

On the ground floor you will find a large living and dining room with sofa, dining table, pool table and modern open kitchen, plus three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and balcony. Two additional bedrooms are located in the basement.

The 2,000 m² outdoor area features an illuminated saltwater pool (9×4.5 m), manicured lawn, sun loungers, covered terrace with BBQ and beautiful orange and cherimoya trees at the entrance. The beaches of Cala Santanyí, Cala Mondragó and Cala S'Amarador are just 10 minutes away by car.
